The South Korean manufacturer is suing the now-retired Apple chief executive in a class action lawsuit that accuses him of illegally copying elements Samsung products in the company's recent new Galaxy phones.
The phone maker has filed its claim with the Federal Trade Commission, which Apple owns and is currently investigating the allegations. FTC's website lists class action as being filed in San Jose, Calif., with Steve Jobs' name included as the defendant.
